On April 9th, Collegedale Parks and Recreation is hosting a poetry open mic event at Imagination Station Pavilion, and CWG has a secured a table for our members. The spirit of the event is to connect with other writers, share written works, and inspire the public to get involved.
There are no requirements to participate, other than showing up. CWG members, along with the rest of the public, are invited to get on stage at the Imagination Station train car and share personal experiences with writing or excerpts from their works. You will also be allowed to sell your books at our table during this event.
The event will run from 4:30-6:30 pm.
Arrive any time within that allotted space, and we will make time for as many as of you as possible to present.
