How to Plan a Successful Book Launch
3-2-1 blast off! With a growing interest in self-pubbing—and trad publishers doing less and less to market their midlist titles—authors need to have a marketing plan at the ready when releasing a new book. Speaker Anna Harrington’s presentation is especially helpful for guiding new authors in how to create a tasks timeline, set a budget, and learn what kinds of marketing options to consider when releasing their books.
Meet Our October Speaker:
Anna Harrington fell in love with historical romances—and all those dashing Regency heroes—while living in London, where she studied literature and theatre and found herself lost nearly every day. A USA Today best selling author of over thirty books and multiple Publishers Weekly starred reviews, she loves to travel, fly airplanes, and ballroom dance, and she can usually be found in her garden or on a hiking trail. She loves all things chocolate and coffee, is a terrible cook, and hopes one day to use her oven for something other than shoe storage.
