CWG April Meeting

In honor of National Poetry Month, we will use exemplary poems to inspire our writing at the next meeting of Chattanooga Writers’ Guild. Join us at 6:00 on Tuesday, April 8, on the fifth floor of the Edney Building.

Regardless of your preferred genre–fiction, essays, or poetry–you will be presented with ideas for developing fresh work.

Sherry Poff will lead attendees in this writing workshop inspired by evocative poems. Bring your writing materials of choice and get ready to dive into great themes and stories. Everyone will leave with at least two pieces started.

Feel free to bring your own snacks or drinks (non-alcoholic) for extra inspiration.

The monthly program meeting of the Chattanooga Writers’ Guild is free and open to all. It is held on the 2nd Tuesday, 6 to 8 PM, at The Edney Building, 5th floor, 1100 Market Street, Chattanooga. Note that the entrance door is locked after 6:30 so please arrive promptly, or if late, text a friend to open door.
