Every September we hold our elections for a new CWG Board. Per our by-laws, the Chattanooga Writers’ Guild must have a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Directors. The Board meet once a month to discuss and plan our monthly programs, fundraising, contests, parties and events, and things like that. We also answer emails from CWG members and community members, take care of social media, communicate with critique group leaders, etc. But our main job is to help Chattanooga writers feel connected to one another and empowered in their writing journey.
