As you may be aware, we are working hard to transition the Guild to new processes and technologies! While we have a lot planned for the future, there was a need to announce key changes that impact our members immediately.
Soon, you can expect that all emails from the Guild services and leadership will be conducted using chattanoogawritersguild.org accounts. This will replace all previously used GMail accounts and personal accounts. During this transition, our members can still send emails to previously used GMail accounts and they will be forwarded to the right place.
New email addresses will be communicated in the near future but, in the meantime, if you need to reach out please feel free to use the Contact page or you can send an email to email@example.com.
Our membership system is changing. If you’re thinking about joining the Guild for the first time, head on over to the new Join Us page and we look forward to connecting with you soon! For our existing membership, you can expect to hear from us in the coming weeks to transition you to this new system.
The new system is built into this website and will currently allow you to:
- Manage your email subscriptions to our mailing lists
- Create and manage a public profile
We have a lot planned around this and you can expect that this new system will be key to future members-only content and discounts!
