Our good friends at Southern Lit Alliance are bringing (virtually) a very special author: Ron Rash, for a free presentation on November 12 https://www.southernlitalliance.org/ron-rash

Ron Rash is a New York Times bestselling author of Serena, as well as Above the Waterfall, and four prizewinning novels, including The Cove, One Foot in Eden, Saints at the River, and The World Made Straight. He was a finalist in the 2009 PEN/Faulkner award. He has also written four collections of poems and six collections of stories, including Burning Bright, which was a 2010 Frank O’Connor International Short Story Award winner, and Chemistry and Other Stories, a finalist for the 2007 PEN/Faulkner Award. Prior to In the Valley, his most recent book was Something Rich and Strange. He’s a two-time winner of the O. Henry Prize, teaches at Western Carolina University, and is a member of the Fellowship of Southern Writers, a nonprofit founded in 1987 whose goal is to nurture the development and creation of literature in the South.
