Born and raised in Chattanooga, Sherry lived in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, California, and Wisconsin before returning to her home state. She is a lifetime member of the autoimmune club and finds reading and writing the best ways to stave off boredom when pain or illness confines her to bed. She focuses on short fiction but has started a paranormal romance trilogy and is planning a memoir based on her convoluted health journey. Sherry has several stories published in anthologies and has self-published the first two installments of a novella series on Kindle.
