I have an M.A. in professional writing and was a freelance writer/editor/teacher for more than 20 years. During that time, I published more than 750 articles for numerous national and international publications, as well as serving as a writer/editor/communications specialist for several corporations in the US and Europe. I co-wrote one book (Elder Care: Caring for Your Aging Loved Ones) and ghostwrote a book on health care for one of those corporations, Health Advocate in Pennsylvania. In addition, I taught college, business, and creative writing classes. My creative writing has appeared in Southern Cultures, Autumn Sky, Haiku Journal, Muddy River Poetry, Seeding the Snow, Poetry Quarterly, 50 Haikus, Four and Twenty and Working Mother. I am retired and continue to work on my poetry and a couple of novels. No social media anymore.
