I am a transplant from Connecticut but have now been living in Signal Mountain with my family for the past six years. I was very active in writing groups in New England and New York City and now am looking forward to re-establishing a literary home here. My career for twenty years has been in journalism, media, communications and public relations - though now I am happy to call myself a stay-at-home parent. Though I find the role of mother the best role of my life, I hope to one day also achieve the role of published fiction author. In addition to reading and writing, I love cooking, traveling, walking on nature trails, and if I could spend every weekend at the sea shore, I would! Snails are my favorite animals and Fall is my favorite season. My Instagram account (@wordyscriptorian) began as a way to cope with the COVID-19 Pandemic lock down. It is where my love for religious scriptures and literary analysis/fiction intersect. I love reading most anything, but I am squeamish so no horror for me!
