I am an editor who specializes in working with new and independently-published authors, editing their work to improve their prose without changing their voice, so that they can concentrate on what they love - telling stories. My fields of expertise include fantasy, dark fantasy, urban fantasy, science fiction and horror, but I edit other things as well, including business documents, academic papers and web pages. I do copyediting, line editing, proofreading and some developmental editing. I have become a member of this group because learning more about how to write well helps me to improve my editing.
