Jack K. Mahon II, born and raised in a small farm town in Texas, has heard a stirring voice calling to him since childhood. Surrounded by strong women, Jack is attuned to deeper emotions with a quiet dignity and free spirit. His path leads him from Texas bars to the streets of Yokohama as a new recruit in the army, and then Hokkaido where he becomes the lover of three remarkable women in a high-end brothel.
