Janisse Ray, Author of Ecology of a Cracker Childhood and the Woods of Fannin County, will be speaking at 12:30, August 28, at the Dalton State College library and at 5:30 at the Dalton-Whitfield Library on Cappes Street in Dalton. She is a member of the Georgia Writers Hall of Fame and author of twelve books. This event is open to the public.
