Rebecca
Cook writes poetry and prose and has published in many print and
online literary journals including Northwest Review, Carve,
Story South, New Orleans Review, Exquisite Corpse,
Rock Salt Plum, Southern Humanities Review, Free
Lunch, 3rd Muse, Adirondack Review, Poems
Niederngasse, and Spoon River Poetry Review. New work
is forthcoming from Northwest Review, Quarter After
Eight, New Delta Review, Powhatan Review, and
Red Rock Review. Her work was nominated for the Pushcart
Prize in 2002 and 2003 and her fiction chapbook, Soaping
the Stream, was a finalist in the Flume Press 2004
Fiction Chapbook contest. She is currently seeking a publisher
for her book of poems, The Terrible Baby. Read her work
